“This Photo and Essay contest on “Our Continent, our Future” focuses on Youth, Women and Rural Agricultural Development. This program is supported by New Partnership for Africa’s Development (NEPAD) Planning and Coordinating Agency (NEPAD Agency) and the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation ACP – EU (CTA) have joined forces in celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the founding of the Organisation of African Unity (OAU). The objective of this program is to depict NEPAD Programmes and Projects where youth and women’s development is directly or indirectly involved such as Gender, Food and Nutrition Security, the School Feeding scheme CAADP, Infrastructure and Climate Change.”–yopportunities.org
